Huntingdon House, Kensington
Situated within a conservation area in central London, Huntingdon House was originally designed in the 1880s by Norman Shaw. The Grade II* listed façade was in need of refurbishment. The building has been converted into a 122-room hotel with 14 residential apartments. The project provides a new mezzanine level to the rear, the addition of a bar/eateries and the fit-out of all bedrooms.
