Master Gunners, Greenwich

Wedged between the original Master Gunners site and Shooters Hill sits Master Gunners Phase 2. The site came into existence as a result of initial capacity and feasibility studies which demonstrated the potential for developments on site.

Hunters masterplan outlined the possibility for some sixty homes to accommodate different life stages and needs, consisting of a mix of houses and apartments. The majority of these contemporary homes will be apartments in three four-storey blocks, a fifth will be two and three storey housing (reminiscent of traditional London mews housing) with car parking provided for around 75% of the homes including first floor gardens.

A greenbelt of mature trees shields the site from Shooters Hill traffic. Hunters overcame a number of challenges on site including issues with the surrounding area of land currently holding restrictive covenants in place, precluding any developments.
