Gordon House, Kilburn

Part of a large regeneration scheme for Brent Council in north London, these 26 high quality flats provide a mix of accommodation sizes for general rent in south Kilburn. The contractors used the Notting Hill Construction Training Initiative (CTI), which supports the ‘unemployed and socially disadvantaged in achieving industry recognised qualifications and site experience, leading to sustainable longterm employment in the industry’.
