As part of Hunters Employer’s Agent role, we have been responsible with initially providing comments on the formation of the development agreement, advising the client on collateral warranties, payment procedures, delays and extension of time clauses.

A full review was carried out and the specification provided by the developers including advising on uplift to increase sales revenue due to its prime location, show plot selection and length of building cover. The Vista development comprises of a Combined Heat and Power (CHP) which will produce significant carbon emissions savings as well as achieving code for sustainable homes rating level four.
