EA team bring a Lap of Luxury to Housing

Posted by Sally on March 3, 2014

Converted industrial buildings in Clapham Common, river view apartments in Wandsworth and contemporary flats in Slough, are just some of the dynamic new residential projects that the EA team are part of. With a move into housing associations developing high-end properties within their portfolios, the projects have demonstrated Hunters’ commitment to creating tenure-blind schemes and exceptional properties.

Macaulay Walk sits behind the newly renovated Clapham Old Town and mixes a range of housing with commercial space in a high density arrangement. New contemporary build blends with remodelled existing industrial buildings creating a lively urban street pattern with a high quality finish.

Working with Notting Hill Housing Association our EA team have been part of the team leading the social housing in the tenure blind complex. Construction is nearing completion, with one building of 99 apartments to complete this year, bringing the total to three blocks.
