Celebrating Success: Part 3 Qualification Achievement
We are absolutely delighted to announce that Abbey O’Rawe has passed her Part 3 Architectural exams.
Abbey originally joined Hunters in 2019 while studying for her BSc in Architecture at the University of Bath. She completed her Part 2 in 2023 before undertaking her final studies at the University of Westminster. She has been a dedicated and committed team member throughout her academic and professional journey and spent professional placements with us during her summer holidays.

Since joining the practice, Abbey has worked in residential, leisure and healthcare, both planning and detailed design. More recently she has been an integral part of our Later Living team, developing outstanding expertise in dementia design and specialist housing for older people. She also contributed to the Future Generations initiative, helping to create the industry-focused event “Making Future Cities Inclusive for Ageing Populations”, designed to give architectural professionals hands-on insight into designing for dementia.
Abbey has played a key design role on a number of significant projects, including:
- Christchurch Luxury Care Home for Birchgrove
- Church Street Residential Care Home in Epsom for Care Concern Group
- Yiewsley and West Drayton Leisure Centre , for Hillingdon Council
- Cambridge Crescent, Maidstone for Golding Places
Commenting on her achievement, James Wallace, Director at Hunters said:
“The Later Living team are so pleased for Abbey on passing her Part 3. We look forward to her continuing to bring her design expertise and passion to many more projects in the future.”
Congratulations, Abbey — a well-deserved achievement.
