Chelsea Botanica: A New Video Highlighting Affordable Riverside Living

Chelsea Botanica brings together 266 new homes, with 50% affordable housing. Hunters made sure that the design was carbon efficient, installing photo-voltaic roof panels and air source heat pumps. The design also included nature inspired designs to fit with the buildings botanical theme.

This short video offers a look at the completed scheme and its location in the heart of London, right on the bank of the Thames. Through a montage of stunning drone shots, it highlights the project’s carefully considered design approach, its key attributes and the wider context of the building.
