Gateway 2 Success

In our role as Building Safety Act (BSA) / Building Regulations (BR) Principal Designer, we have successfully submitted a Gateway 2 application for a significant HRB (High Risk Building) development project in London.

The submission and subsequent approval for works to commence by the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) is a huge milestone for us as a practice and all involved with the project.

At Gateway 2, the BSR undertakes a rigorous review of building regulation compliance to ensure that building safety is considered at each stage of design and construction process and works cannot begin without approval.
