Best Regeneration Project (70+ Homes) – Erith Park with Orbit Group
Best Shared Ownership Development (Urban) – Blackhorse Lane with One Housing & Catalyst
Market Sale Development of the Year – Hampstead Manor with Mount Anvil and Newlon Housing Trust
