Hunters Architects acting as Design Advisers for Hertfordshire

Susan Pasint Magyar and Mark Baines will be acting as Design Advisers for Hertfordshire Council. The Hertfordshire Design Review Panel are a group of prominent architects and designers who are independent and impartial, and evaluate the design quality and sustainability of development proposals in Hertfordshire in line with Design Council and CABE good practice guidance.

They bring leading housing, estate renewal and designing for a mix of uses to the panel. The design review process at Hertfordshire ‘Aims to help local planning authorities, project teams and their clients avoid the cost of poor design, and realise the full potential of proposals, creating high quality sustainable places to live, work, and enjoy.’

Susan is currently a Design Advisor for the London Borough of Hackney and the London Borough of Enfield, many of the leadership team are on, or have been on, design review panels for councils.
