More Affordable Housing in Fulham

A 110 unit mixed-tenure development has recently completed in Fulham, right on the bank of The River Thames.

Hunters were appointed as the Local Council’s representatives on the Chelsea Riverview project, to oversee the delivery of 37 affordable homes within the site. Hunters were in charge of maintaining quality, managing risk, and keeping the affordable element of the development moving towards a successful completion.

This mix of private and affordable homes forms an important part of the wider Chelsea Riverview development, and the handover secures more new affordable housing for the area.
