Planning Win!
Last night we received planning consent for new affordable housing on Windsor Close in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire.
Windsor Close for Clarion Housing will create forty-three 100% affordable family homes and flats, replacing bungalows which did not meet current housing standards and due to their size were proving difficult to house locals as the demand for family housing is high. The new two-storey homes have gardens and shared open space, a landscaped green, which they surround. It is due to start on site in 2021.
Hertsmere Planning Committee resolved to grant planning permission for Windsor Close subject to the completion of the S106 Agreement. The homes will pave the way for improved amenities in the area.

When complete they will provide improved and attractive, living accommodation creating much needed affordable homes for the local area.’
