St Giles View Features in Luxury Care Home Guide

The Hunters designed St Giles View in Winchester, Hampshire, has been selected for the 2026 Luxury Care Home Guide curated by Knight Frank.

This 60-bedroom care home is thoughtfully arranged as a series of households, fostering a strong sense of community among residents. The design integrates natural landscaped spaces alongside a comprehensive range of care facilities, creating a calm and supportive environment.

Commissioned by Brendoncare and Octopus Real Estate, the scheme responds to a challenging site with a 15 metre level change. We carefully utilised this topography to maximise panoramic views towards the South Downs.
