Team Visits St Johns Wood Construction Site

Members of the Later Living architectural team recently visited our St John’s Wood Care Home site in North London, joining colleagues from Elliott Group to see progress first-hand.

The visit provided a valuable opportunity to review the construction process up close, with particular focus on the façade and other intricate design details now taking shape on site.

“It was the perfect time to see the project in action — to experience the construction process, study the façade details and review the finer elements of the design. It’s always an incredible experience to witness the reality of drawings coming to life, and to better understand the challenges involved in sequencing complex details on site.”

Lodge Road is a 121-bed care home with twelve private apartments including three duplexes on the upper floors. The design is on behalf of Care Concern Group and Amazon Property.
