New Hunters Shareholders
Hunters are delighted to announce that Tim Ashton, Kate Henry-Aston, Mark Baines and James Wallace have become Shareholders of the practice.
Susan Pasint-Magyar, Managing Director commented ‘This is part of our commitment to planning and preparing the business and its people for the future. After Neil and I became owners of Hunters in early 2018 we have focused on developing our teams and at the end of 2018 we promoted several of our key staff, we are a people business.’
Neil McCabe, Managing Director commented ‘The four new shareholders bring a range of skills and experience. All have been promoted from within the business and continue to remain on our board. Since we took over the business Sue and I have seen succession planning as a key strategy, leading to an improved and cost-effective business which fosters a culture of internal promotion, development and career opportunities.’

Our architects are working with Vastint, IKEA’s development arm on the Olympic site in Stratford, designing homes for the future. This important addition to the Olympic legacy brings 211 affordable homes within a mix of tenures.

Aylesbury Exchange Nearing Completion
Nestled between listed buildings, The Exchange is Aylesbury’s first purpose-built mixed-use scheme. Flats, shops, restaurants and a new ‘town square’ serve the local community and visitors to entertainment and arts venues in town.
The vision of simplicity and elegance takes hints from the historical courts and lodgings. In keeping with the charm of the town, the project is expected to finish in Spring.

EA’s Moreton Close Takes Shape
The EA teams new extra-care development has 53 one and two bedroom self contained flats with a range of supporting dementia-friendly facilities. Easy access to shops and services, the popular scheme is part of Barnet’s wider housing development programme which will see over 700 new homes built on council owned land.

Hunters masterplan and design of the complicated Copley Estate in West London has won a range of awards.

The Dementia Centre, part of Stirling University, has awarded us GOLD for The Lakes and GOLD for Goodson Lodge with the highest score ever recorded – 98%.
