Chris manages a variety of residential projects ranging in value from £5 million – £100 million predominantly with public sector clients. A versatile, team player Chris has over 15 years of experience working on commercial, heritage and sustainability projects as an Employers Agent.
As well as being an experienced Employer’s Agent, Chris is also a qualified Architect (RIBA). This gives him a well-informed appreciation of the technical aspects of designer, as well as buildability and coordination.
At Hunters he is working to deliver the £65 Gallions Quarter in East London and a new residential tower in Hammersmith and Fulham creating 130 new homes. Prior to joining Hunters Chris worked on the delivery of a £175 million mixed-use residential scheme in the heart of Islington, London.
