David Drew

David is a chartered Quantity Surveyor working in the construction industry for over 30 years. David has gained a wealth of knowledge, providing Employers Agent services for the affordable and private housing sectors. His experience helps create a culture of openness and collaborative working, establishing good working relationships early on in a project. He has worked with registered provider clients providing Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration, Employers Agent and Client Representative services on multiple residential developments including mixed-use, mixed-tenure and regeneration projects, successfully managing them through to completion.

David is currently working on some of London’s high profile residential schemes including Woodberry Down at Manor House, Alperton Waterside in Wembley and Gallions phase 2B at Gallions Reach.
