Guy leads our Building Consultancy team which offers a range of services including Building Surveying, Contract Administration, Building Regulation / CDM Principal Designer Health & Safety and CDM Adviser.

He is on both the Principal Designer Building Regulations (PDBR) General Register and the Higher-Risk Building (HRB) Register, maintained by the Association for Project Safety (APS). With Peter Gibson, Guy is leading on the Building Safety Act 2022 changes effective from October 1st 2023. His team can provide both BSA and CDM Principal Designer services including advice, and guidance on how to address the new responsibilities the legislation has introduced.

With a wealth of construction experience he also holds chartered or full memberships with relevant professional institutes such as CABE, IFE, IOSH, CIOB, IFSM and APS. Guy’s role at the business is to see that our clients across residential property services and development, commercial, hospitality, education and health care sectors are provided with an excellent level of service and solutions to their challenges through the diverse expertise we offer.

Guy is highly experienced and brings practical solutions having worked onsite with contractors and coordinating multiple disciplines in new build and structural steel construction across a variety of environments, including providing safety compliance consultancy in a multiservice setting for many years.
