Ines Morgado

Ines is a qualified Architect and has worked on a variety of residential schemes, including later living, across a range of project stages.  She has coordinated several characterful schemes, liaising with clients and contractors establishing strong collaborative teamwork and delivering excellent results.

She is highly experienced in dementia design and has a passion for creating welcoming care homes and extra care schemes for the older generation. She is a key part of the successful later living team, achieving planning on a range of sites including urban infill. Her projects include Oak Hill in East London and St Johns Wood in North London.  

She designs and delivers high quality spaces and has a comprehensive understanding of UK Building Regulations.
