Jayne Hall

Jayne is part of our Building Consultancy team specialising in the Building Safety Act working alongside Guy Chapman and Veronica Fiore.

She is an experienced Building Control Specialist and Chartered Building Engineer. Her rich career includes the position of past President of both the Chartered Association of Building Engineers and LABC (Local Authority Building Control). 

She has a substantial history of working within the construction industry and is an expert in quality and compliance, Building Regulations and associated legislation, sustainability, renewable energy, accessibility, and social housing. She has worked for both Local Authorities and within the private sector including as Director of Quality and Compliance at Hertfordshire Building Control and led the Built Environment Enforcement team at a large unitary Council.  Jayne is an advocate for women in construction, supporting the improvement of gender diversity in the industry.
