Mariya Krasteva

Mariya is a qualified architect working within the Senior Living team as an Associate Director. Her diverse design and management experience includes significant projects in student accommodation and mixed-tenure residential sectors and currently leads the delivery team for St Johns, a luxury care home in North London.
Part of the Women in BIM Network, her extensive BIM experience (10+ years) has focused on the BIM process and tools aiding coordination and project delivery. She is an Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Architectural Design in 2018.
Originally completing her studies in Bulgaria, Mariya has both European and UK project experience with a focus on the specialised housing sector.
