Mark Blanchette

Mark is a dedicated Construction Health and Safety Consultant, with over 40 years’ expertise spanning a wide range of construction projects. His primary role involves discharging the duties of Principal Designer (CDM 2015) and working closely with other duty holders to ensure they meet their statutory obligations.

He has successfully delivered a variety of construction projects in collaboration with Local Authorities, private clients, and corporate developers, across the commercial, healthcare, residential, educational, heritage, and leisure sectors.

Mark brings a wealth of experience and qualifications, playing a key role in guiding clients and project teams through the design risk management process in his role as Principal Designer. He also possesses in-depth knowledge of the requirements set out in the Building Safety Act.

Known for building strong working relationships, Mark provides proactive, practical advice to ensure health and safety excellence throughout all project stages and that completed buildings are safe for their intended use.
