Matthew Lucas

Matthew is a key member of our Later Living team, having contributed to the successful delivery of some of our most significant care home schemes to date. With a strong design background and exceptional technical expertise, he ensures quality and buildability are maintained from the early technical stages through to completion on site.

His expertise also encompasses contract administration, involving the monitoring of project costs and risks, and ensuring compliance with contract specifications and industry regulations.

Highly proficient in Revit, he approaches every project with meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to excellence. He leads the production and coordination of construction packages, working collaboratively with consultants and contractors to support smooth delivery through to site.

Alongside his core work, Matthew is training to become a certified Retrofit Designer through The Retrofit Academy, reflecting his growing focus on sustainable architecture and the improvement of existing housing stock
