Patric McDonnell

Patric is a highly experienced Structural Engineer with over 30 years of delivering high-quality building structures across the residential, commercial, leisure, retail, and healthcare sectors. He has worked with some of the UK’s leading engineering practices.

He has designed and reconfigured a wide range of complex refurbishments, including the award-winning redevelopment of No. 20 Eastbourne Terrace in London. His portfolio also includes the structural design of extensive new-build schemes.

Patric has led the structural and civil engineering design on urban regeneration projects, including mixed-use and residential developments, as well as major new-build office buildings in central London.

He has provided engineering advice and designed structural modifications and extensions for numerous healthcare facilities, including St George’s Hospital in London and University Hospital Southampton.
