Veronica Fiore

Veronica is a key member of our Building Consultancy team specialising in the Building Safety Act. She originally qualified as a Building Surveyor in Italy and more recently became a Chartered Building Engineer in the UK.

She is highly experienced in building control and surveying and has worked on a range of projects in residential, industrial, commercial and community sectors.

Throughout her career she has gained extensive technical knowledge and professional understanding of UK and European construction technology, associated legislation, building regulations & standards, health and safety, fire safety in tall buildings, building pathology, and site inspection.

She joined us from the National Housebuilding Council where her role focused on compliance of building regulations and British standards from the design and construction phases to completion.

She is a collaborator who works with clients to ensure project teams have the necessary skills, advice, and direction so that projects are fully compliant.

More recently Veronica has been managing due diligence on complicated engineering proposals including some of the most iconic projects in London, which include Fulham Riverside, Hendon Waterside and Ridgeway Views, strengthening her knowledge of higher risk buildings.

She is a Fellow of CABE (Chartered Building Engineer), she is a Class 3 Registered Building Inspector with the Building Safety Regulator (BSR), she has achieved IEng qualification,  and she is an Associate Member of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
