Victoria is an Associate in our Civils & Structures team and a Chartered Engineer, with experience spanning the residential, commercial, and education sectors. Working closely with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary design teams, she develops practical and robust structural strategies that balance technical requirements with broader design and delivery objectives.

She brings strong technical judgement alongside a clear understanding of client priorities, design ambition, and programme constraints. She has successfully led teams through all stages of project development, with a particular focus on buildability, coordination, and efficient delivery.

Her design-led approach, combined with effective project leadership, ensures that projects are delivered with confidence, clarity, and efficiency.
