The masterplan is delivering 2000 new homes of different tenures and has been a major part of revitalising this part of cool and central London, just South of the river.

New homes include social and intermediate rent, shared ownership and private sale, and incorporate a GP surgery, youth and play facilities and re-landscaped open spaces. The apartments have been designed to maximise use of space and light and the higher-level homes enjoy stunning views across the capital.

Hunters detailed the design following planning consent of seven blocks creating 300 residential units, and the refurbishment of two exiting tower block entrances, a major part of the urban renewal of the area. Our technical expertise lead to the greatly reduced maintenance costs to the communal spaces assisting the contractors Wilmott Dixon on the project.
