Chelsea Riverview

The Hunters’ Employer’s agent project Chelsea Riverview recently completed, bringing affordable living to the riverside on behalf of The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.

Chelsea Riverview brings together both private and affordable homes within a prominent new residential scheme. We were appointed by the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham as their representative, with our team focused specifically on the delivery of the affordable homes.

Our role saw us ensuring a high level of quality was maintained, managing risk and keeping the affordable element of the development moving towards a successful completion. Working closely with the wider project team, we also oversaw the final stages of delivery and the handover of all 37 affordable units to the council.

The completed affordable homes form an important part of the wider Chelsea Riverview development, and their handover secures more new affordable housing for the area.
