Acting as Employer’s Agents on the 12-acre former gas works site in Haringey, this is being redeveloped by St William Homes to create a major mixed-use scheme providing 1,714 residential properties, 9000m2 of commercial/retail space, a swimming pool, nursery and crèche.

Up to 40% of the properties will be purchased by L&Q to provide a mix of rented and shared ownership properties. The design for the scheme includes a public square with a central boulevard to link the new development to the surrounding neighbourhoods of Wood Green, Hornsey and Alexander Park. 22 landscaped gardens will provide much needed recreational space.

Scope of Service

Replacement of existing Gas Pressure Reduction Station, demolition of existing buildings, improvement to existing and installation of new services, construction of new residential, commercial, retail and amenity space to provide 1,714 apartments for private sale, rent and shared ownership with phased completions between 2018 and 2025.
Hunters have worked with St. William and L&Q’s legal team to ensure that all construction and legal risks have been addressed as part of the Development Agreement.
