Clements Court

Clements Court delivers 74 high-quality homes, along with a large outdoor space at the heart of an existing 1970s estate in Hounslow, West London.

The new council homes were delivered by a multi-disciplinary team at Hunters after the successfully completion of three other extensive infill site developments in the London Borough of Hounslow. Clements Court follows on from Rose Gardens, Everglades and Orchard Road sites, bringing the total to 154 new affordable homes for the council, in a mix of 2,3 & 4 bedroom apartments and townhouses.

Clements Court incorporates carefully planned eco-credentials into the design, including photovoltaic panels and air source heat pumps that contribute to the councils goal of reducing its carbon emissions to net zero by 2030.

Hunters provided Executive Architecture, Employers’ Agent, and BSA (CDM) services on the projects.
