Devons Road

Phase 1 – The project involved the design, construction and completion of a total of two-hundred and fifty-nine residential units (tenure split ninety-one affordable rent, forty private rent and one-hundred and twenty-eight private units). There are eight commercial units, a basement car park and associated landscaping and external works. Hunters provided full Employer’s Agent / Cost Consultancy Services. From the outset Hunters led the team to remove the challenges / risks to enable a competitive single stage tender process.

Phase 2 & 3 – This second phase provides a further one-hundred and sixty new build residential units (tenure split as thirty private rent, thirty-six shared ownership, ninety-four private) as well as the delivery of commercial units and an extension to the basement car parking area.

Phase 4 – The site was acquired by Workspace who have entered into a Joint Venture with Linden Homes to construct a mixed tenure development of 130 private sale and affordable homes. The development has a significant proportion of office and commercial space delivering over 5000m2 for Workspace. Following Hunters successful involvement in delivering the previous phases at Devons Road, Workspace appointed Hunters to act as Project Managers for the delivery of the office space and commercial units in the scheme.
