Everglades

Hunters acted as Executive Architects for the second of our completed Hounslow Garage Infill sites, Everglades. This development features contemporary infill homes nestled between and at both ends of the original 1960s local authority blocks.

The design uses bricks, with a nod to the local housing style, paired with golden balcony rails and windows, giving the buildings a modern yet familiar feel.

The project includes three new blocks, creating a total of 33 homes, with the majority affordable housing and the rest shared ownership.

Each block stands four stories high, with a penthouse on the top floor that features a large external terrace, giving residents stunning views and outdoor space.

The design also incorporates new soft landscaping, including newly planted trees, enhancing the green spaces around the development.

The combination of thoughtful design, affordable housing, and beautiful outdoor areas makes Everglades a valuable addition to the community, blending modern living with the area’s architectural history in London Borough of Hounslow.
