Both our EA team and Architecture team worked to deliver 230 mixed-tenure homes, as well as seven commercial units at ground floor level and a large basement car parking area.

Due to the sensitivity of the site within the wider context of regeneration within the borough, Hunters Building Consultants have worked closely with the client to assist in the commercial appraisal of a number of different designs for the scheme throughout the early design and planning stages. This Cricklewood location was previously a large brownfield site.

Hunters assisted the project team to identify, de-risk and unlock the logistical issues surrounding access to the site to enable development. We lead on the negotiation with statutory services companies and TFL to allow the diversion of several large mains services, including £1.5m cost to divert one of the main fibre optic cables serving London.

A new gym, 600sqm of retail, a new crèche with four to six-storeys of residential apartments above ground level over 200 private sale apartments and 50 affordable flats with courtyard landscaping were created.

The Architecture team delivered technical design and architectural project management of the scheme, working with Higgins construction.
