Kent Street (BTR)
This expansive City Centre development includes 406 modern apartments and duplexes, specifically built to rent in the Private Rented Sector (PRS). Acting as Employers Agents and Cost Consultants we stepped in to manage the project mid-development.
Located on the historically significant site of the former Kent Street Baths in Birmingham, the project spans across four blocks, with the tallest reaching up to 18 storeys.
As a vibrant mixed-use development, it is designed to meet a wide range of needs, featuring adaptable spaces for retailers, restaurants, a gym, leisure facilities and workspaces.
Additionally, external landscaping has been thoughtfully planned to enhance the surrounding urban environment, with green spaces and walkways providing areas for relaxation and community interaction, contributing to Birmingham’s evolving urban landscape.


The fitness studio is thoughtfully equipped with state-of-the-art exercise amenities, and other functional fitness equipment. This facility ensures that residents have access to wellness opportunities without leaving the building, further reinforcing the development’s focus on convenience and lifestyle.
There is a welcoming and stylish lobby area within the development, known as The Bath House. This modern, double-height space is designed with comfort and community in mind.
