King’s Road Park

Located just off the King’s Road in Fulham, our Employer’s Agent team played a central role in the delivery of two landmark veteran housing schemes: Duchess of Edinburgh House and Valour House.

Together, these developments provide 128 high-quality, affordable homes, meeting a critical need within the UK’s armed forces community.

Commissioned by The Stoll Foundation, and set beside two listed war memorials, this project stands as one of the most significant investments in armed forces social housing in recent decades.

Both buildings include a mix of community-focused facilities… Flexible meeting and therapy rooms, a fully accessible specialist gym and new workspace for Stoll’s frontline support team.

Valour House, named by residents, honours the courage and sacrifice of those who have served their country. Duchess of Edinburgh House, named after the charity’s Royal Patron, provides a dignified and lasting home for veterans and their families.

Overlooking the River Thames and just moments from Imperial Wharf station, the development integrates sensitively with its historic surroundings while providing modern, sustainable living.
