Formerly a garage site, the new Orchard Road is one of four sites in Hounslow that Hunters are delivering. The five new family houses are designed to LETI (Low Energy Transformation Initiative) standards.
The homes feature solar panels, cross ventilation, air source heat pumps, a highly insulated building and triple glazed windows, contributing to a sustainable, energy-efficient living environment. The properties have sun terraces and gardens, enhancing outdoor living spaces for residents.
The architectural design blends traditional London housing elements with a contemporary twist. Using inviting buff-coloured bricks paired with sleek bronze-effect windows, the new terrace creates an attractive and contemporary addition to the area.
