Paragon

Part of a larger regeneration vision for Ilford, Paragon is a 100% affordable residential development in the London Borough of Redbridge. Just a moments’ walk from Ilford station, where the Queen Elizabeth line will connect the area to Central London, Paragon features three residential blocks of ten, fourteen and seventeen storeys, and provides 141 new homes to rent and for shared ownership.

More than half of the new residents came from temporary accommodation and have now been given the chance to lay roots and enjoy the stability of having a permanent home in the borough. The site connects well with Ilford town centre and other local facilities.  Every apartment is designed with a private balcony and new public realm works include hard and soft landscaping with commercial space at ground level facing Ilford Hill. A new CHP Energy centre distributes heating and hot water to all the homes and commercial space on the site.

Part of the `Ilford Housing Zone’ the whole area aims to provide more than 2,000 new homes, including 500 affordable houses and includes both Ilford Hill and the High Road.
