Pontoon Reach

Pontoon Reach consists of a basement and four residential concrete framed buildings ranging from five to thirteen storeys, providing 295 new apartments for private, shared ownership and rental tenure and associated amenities.

The new buildings are constructed using a reinforced concrete frame clad with facing brick and punch-hole windows. All of the apartments are provided with their own private amenity space. Significant landscaping will be provided at ground level for residents use, which will be a fenced / gated community with access control measures on all pedestrian and vehicular access points.

The buildings share a common single storey basement providing parking for resident’s vehicles and bicycles, an energy centre and various mechanical and electrical plant rooms providing services to the apartments and communal areas. This is accessed via a ramp from the ground level.

Scope of Service

Working on this flagship £62m project as Joint Venture Supervisor, ensures that a fair and reasonable approach is adopted by both parties. Our role includes open book accounting, managing and chairing steering group committees, driving critical path timings, maintaining collaboration agreement and development monitoring.
