A design-led refurbishment and new build project in one of Croydon’s key regeneration areas, providing 25 homes for shared ownership and 38 for rent.
Quest House
A complex site with many constraints, including retention of an existing structure, working adjacent to Network Rail assets as well as town planning and right to light issues.
The scheme features a unique mix of facing materials and balcony layouts that challenged the contractor to complete adequately. The centralised heating and hot water system also proved a challenge to complete with the location of the plant room preventing sectional completion.
