Regent Place

We served as Executive Architects for Regent Place, a standout residential project in Tower Hamlets, East London, developed by Victoria Park Housing Development Limited. This project, predominantly consisting of homes for private sale, also includes a select number of shared ownership flats.

Regent Place comprises 32 thoughtfully designed units, including six three-bedroom apartments, 15 two-bedroom apartments, and 11 one-bedroom apartments.

It earned notable industry recognition, winning three prestigious awards. It was honoured with Best Shared Ownership Development at the Inside Housing Development Awards and received both the Best Shared Ownership Development and the Grand Prix at the London Standard New Homes Awards.

This vibrant development fosters community engagement with a landscaped communal garden and play area, designed to create a welcoming and inclusive environment that strengthens local connections.
