Acting as Buyers Agent for L&Q under a S106 Development Agreement, our cost consultancy team are working with Barratt Homes and L&Q to deliver 201 units for shared ownership and affordable rent across 13 blocks of flats.

Ridgeway Views

This site previously accommodated the National Institute of Medical Research and now aims to provide a selection of high quality housing with views across rolling countryside.

Set within 47 acres of landscaped grounds, the development will blend seamlessly with its natural environment, with more than 4,000 trees, as well as a new woodland glade and pond. Residents will be able to enjoy their new surroundings with a new fitness trail running through the site, as well as a communal terrace from which to take in the magnificent views.

Hunters have worked with Barratt and L&Q’s legal team to ensure that all construction and legal risks have remained with Barratt through the Development Agreement.
