Rose Gardens

Rose Gardens provides 42 new homes, created through the partial demolition of outdated homes and garage structures. The scheme also introduces enhanced cycling storage and thoughtfully designed public spaces.

The new council homes were delivered by a multi-disciplinary team at Hunters after the successfully completion of three other extensive infill site developments in the London Borough of Hounslow. Rose Gardens follows on from Clements Court, Everglades and Orchard Road sites, bringing the total to 154 new affordable homes for the council, in a mix of 2,3 & 4 bedroom apartments and townhouses.

It incorporates carefully planned eco-credentials into the design, including photovoltaic panels and air source heat pumps that contribute to the councils goal of reducing its carbon emissions to net zero by 2030.

Hunters provided Executive Architecture, Employers’ Agent, and BSA (CDM) services on the projects.
