Hunters were appointed to achieve planning consent for this sensitive site overlooking the park and worked closely with the client to maximise the value of the development. The crescent of 4-storey townhouses creates a visually striking backdrop to the park with the 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes set back from the main street frontage.
Key challenges Hunters Architecture Team faced included consulting with two local authorities and therefore two separate planning officers, as the site was located within London Borough of Lambeth but adjacent to London Borough of Southwark.
