Tower Hamlets

Streamlight

A development of 137 homes in London Docklands including a landmark 24-storey tower.

Streamlight

The Streamlight scheme provides a façade design that is balanced between the nearby commercial buildings of Canary Wharf and the domestic aesthetic required for a residential building.

Hunters revisited the design during the technical stage of the project and resubmitted design to the planning authority to satisfy the council that the building would provide the high-quality finish they required.

Consisting of three separate building of 7, 10 and 24-storeys with quality materials used throughout. The real gem is the mix of tenures, enhancing living for everyone by combining private housing, luxury apartments, shared ownership and affordable housing on one site, linked by a common aesthetic.
