Zephaniah House

Directly on the north side of Wembley High Road, Zephaniah House (formerly Ujima House) is a contemporary residential development with 54 flats homes all 100% affordable.

The site was originally an office building (Ujima House) and sits within the Wembley Housing Zone which enables the rejuvenation of the High Street and new connectivity within the town. The local buildings are a mix of heights and ages, including a new seven-storey apartment building, two-storey houses and office buildings.

Hunters acted as Principal Designers, Cost Consultants and Employers Agent on the scheme.

This project will help create a vibrant residential space with active ground-level retail, enhancing the areas vitality. A new community space has been created within the building.
