Abbey’s Win For The AJ Student Prize 2023

We are absolutely delighted to share that Abbey O’Rawe one of our post-graduate students has been shortlisted on the Architects’ Journal  Student Prize. The prize showcases the best of student projects and celebrates the work they do.

This is a really significant achievement, and she is one of only two from University of Bath on the list. Her submission was developed around Regenerative Cities designed for Respiratory Health and Environmental Interpretation. The project represents a strategic response to the pressing issue of PM2.5 pollution in Turin, stemming from industrial activity, heavy traffic and geographical factors.  It unites specialised respiratory care, holistic medicine, environmental research and sustainable innovation under one roof, with a vision to set the standard for sustainable well-being.

Mark Baines, Managing Director at Hunters commented “Abbey has been working with us on a range of projects since she was a Part l student and we are thrilled that her student project work is being showcased – a very prestigious prize and much deserved – well done Abbey.”

A massive congratulations to Abbey from everyone at Hunters, we are really proud of you!
