We have three parts to our business – Architecture, Building Consultancy and Civils & Structures. As a social, hard-working bunch working with a range of large, national clients in residential, healthcare, regeneration, education and later living we are recognised as one of the best in the business.
In 2025 we celebrated a 70-year milestone (see more about our team away day).
Collaboration has always been at the heart of our progress, before it became a ‘buzzword’ and we’ve consistently embraced creative solutions to overcome challenges in the work we do.

There’s outside the office..
We believe in enjoying what we do, as well as working hard, there’s usually something going on whether a swift drink or a trip to London’s cultural curiosities – from immersive experiences to art exhibitions, comedy nights to festivals or the occasional celebration.
And inside of course!
Get a taste of some of the things that have happened in the office: Bake-offs, Chinese New Year celebrations, National Three Peaks Challenge, St Patrick’s Day Guinness tasting, Softball, Football, Quiz night, Pizza night, Women’s Day events and International football screening….
Our location
Hammersmith provides easy access to the whole of London, with four tube lines (yes, four!), there’s excellent connectivity to the city. The high street boasts a mix of independents and brands for eating, drinking and shopping, and going out is easy – we’re right on the doorstep of the infamous Eventim Apollo, O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire and Bush Hall! What our team likes best of all about the area is Lyric Square just below our office, where summer festivals relay big screen tennis and pop-up performances, bringing the town centre alive. Also, the Thursday / Friday lunchtime markets wet everyone’s appetites – there’s always something to discover in Hammersmith!

If you are about to graduate or have recently graduated and want to work in an open environment rather than a production line, where you can learn quickly and be given responsibility immediately – then Hunters is for you. Graduates get exposed to a range of sectors and different types of projects. You’ll be part of a hard-working team and could be designing 50 new apartments for older persons, developing the designs for a large, mixed-use, regeneration scheme or refurbishing wards for NHS clients.
