Professional support
We want everyone at Hunters to feel supported in developing their career and building their professional expertise. We cover professional subscriptions for both RIBA and RICS, provide regular appraisals and training and CPD opportunities to help people continue learning and progression. We are also part of the Women in Social Housing initiative, supporting wider opportunities for development, connection and representation across the industry.

Graduates
Our graduates work as part of multidisciplinary teams, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of sectors, clients and project types. You could be helping to design new homes for older people, contributing to a major regeneration scheme or working on the refurbishment of NHS healthcare spaces.
We recruit graduates across architecture, building consultancy, surveying and engineering, and support them as they develop both professionally and personally. Our graduate incentive scheme provides additional support towards achieving professional qualifications and taking the next step in your career.
I first joined the practice as an undergraduate student, and since then I’ve completed my Part 1, 2 and 3 qualifications and become an architect within the team. At every stage, I’ve felt supported by colleagues who take the time to teach, listen and offer advice. It’s been lovely to grow alongside the practice and build lasting relationships with people who have been part of my journey from the start. It’s a team I’m proud to be part of, and a place where I continue to learn and grow.”
