Our Joint Venture team provided cost, technical and procurement advice to assist with land purchase, construction viability, preparation of a development brief and contract procurement. Located on the edge of Hackney Wick and previously a brownfield site, Fish Island is part of a £150m regeneration Joint Venture.
Hunters Employer’s Agents team have been involved from the demolition of the existing warehouses through to delivery in the first affordable units. This has involved overseeing extensive enabling and decontamination work, strengthening of canal walls and commercial fit-out works. This has resulted in the development of 580 mixed-tenure residential units plus extensive commercial space split across three separate phases.
