The site houses 59 assisted living apartments with eight bungalows and six terraced houses for retirement living.
Objectives for the scheme were to create a highly sustainable development with a sense of place and character, attractively designed to fit in with the local vernacular.
External and shared spaces were carefully thought through for full enjoyment by the residents.
