Leisure Centres

As health and wellbeing become increasingly central to the built environment, we create leisure spaces that are welcoming, inclusive and accessible to people of different ages and backgrounds.

From team sports and fitness spaces to informal recreation, we find creative solutions to maximise opportunities within major housing developments and standalone schemes, including rooftop running tracks and football pitches.

Civic Centre Revitalisation

We work closely with communities to develop designs and plans that respond to the people who use them and the character of their surroundings. Our work includes the revamping of Civic Centres enabling contemporary amenities including welcoming receptions, registry offices, museums, social hubs, children’s contact centres and public administration.

Libraries and Family Hubs

Our work encompasses new libraries, children’s libraries, refurbished buildings and library spaces integrated within new housing schemes. We have worked within historic listed buildings, celebrating their architectural heritage while introducing contemporary spaces for learning, reading, discovery and exchange.

Healthcare Hubs

We have converted buildings including colleges and historic places into welcoming healthcare hubs. Our team has integrated healthcare into shopping centres, busy High Streets and in tight urban areas, ensuring healthcare comes to the community.

Community Centres

We have designed community centres to become the centre within a range of housing and regeneration projects ensuring people are placed at the heart of the schemes. The schemes include new churches with community facilities with rentable housing, infill sites in London introducing connectivity through place & facilities and standalone new community centres for a range of ages.
